After long walks in town, the spotless and nicely sized rooms were a comfortable retreat suitable for extended stays, despite an unfortunate incident with a sick guest. The service was initially welcoming and friendly, offering a wealth of advice and enthusiasm, but had some hiccups. The hotel's city-center location provided easy access to all main sights and public transport, although the dining experience at the hotel was substandard. Overall, a good choice for exploring Sarajevo with welcoming staff and nice facilities.
